GERARD'S PHILOSOPHY

As my business name suggests, agility, strength and conditioning are the core components to increase health and wellbeing. With agility providing the ability to move quickly and easily, strength creating a state of being physically strong and conditioning allowing the body to work with reduced stress while performing exercise, I believe this to be the perfect mix towards success. “Keep your mind strong and your body will follow”.

THIS IS GERARD 'GEZ'

Fitness has been a big part of my life ever since I can remember. I started competing in Judo at the young age of 7 after taking an interest in my father’s passion and progressed through different martial art disciplines taking me to Thailand to progress in Thai boxing and eventually coming home to compete in mixed martial arts (MMA).

After many years of competing, I took an interest in helping others to achieve success in similar areas. This has lead me to teach classes and one to one sessions mainly focusing on flexibility, strength and movement.

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor
  • Level 2 FAA CPR/First Aid Certified
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma
  • Level 1 Precision Nutrition – with John Berardi
  • CPD Courses:
    Advanced Stretching, Boxercise, Yoga, Olympic Lifting, KBT Strength & Conditioning, Bodyweight Exercise Specialist

EXPERIENCE

After training and competing in numerous disciplines, he has used my knowledge to train others to reach success. With titles such as Ex-British Thai boxing Champion and MMA UK Complete Fighting Champion and working with some of the most renowned names in martial arts from around the world, who better to seek advice from. The 30 years plus judo experience makes Gerard (Gez) the go to guy for training and competitions alike. His coaching has produced Thai boxing, Submission Grappling, MMA and Body Fitness champions.
