With the ever-increasing speed of life, food on the run has become more popular and has made it big business for fast food providers.

This has created a new way of preparing or engineering foods which can trick our brains into eating more than we actually need. This results in the unnecessary storage of unwanted fat by loading meals with added sugars and refined grains, which inevitably decreases the amount of quality fibre and protein but introduces the poor micronutrients (empty calories) which makes consumption questionable.
