Tom's friendly but professional attitude portrays everything Fitness Rush stands for and his Client's results speak for themselves.

My philosophy is to build a positive, mental and physical attitude towards everyday life through exercise. It’s about building knowledge to get the best results. My sessions are tailored to the individual to gain a positive, mental and physical boost to achieve your personal goals. It’s about finding a balance between life and exercise to keep the overall experience enjoyable whilst working towards a better you.

After following in my parents footsteps, health and fitness has always interested me and been a big influence in my life. This has lead me to follow my passion to help those looking to change their lives for the better. Challenging myself has always been at forefront of my drive towards being fit and healthy but finding the balance between training, work and family has been the most important thing for me. Something I like to convey to my clients to ensure they keep a positive mental attitude throughout their fitness journey.

My experience with in the fitness industry as a newly personal trainer is yet to grow through more 1 to 1 sessions and group sessions, however the feedback I have received so far from clients has been positive and engaging. I like to combine functional training and strength training to improve movement and physical wellbeing, having experience in both trainings has meant I’ve been able to build a unique training style which has also been improved through feedback from past session's. In April 2019 I took on the challenge to go from Power lifting to achieve my goal of completing the Manchester Marathon, this was a hard challenge, however I completed the marathon in 3 hours 58minutes and 14 seconds. Running the marathon was a great experience, it's helped me gain a positive mental attitude towards my every day life.
