At Fitness Rush, we believe that our past challenges shape stronger futures—not just for us, but for everyone we serve. Every fundraising challenge we take on is inspired by real experiences and a deep commitment to breaking down barriers, no matter your starting point.

We’ve tested our limits to raise awareness and funds—completing a 16-mile fitness sled push, a marathon walk around the Peak District, a 15-hour trek up Mount Snowdon, and the mighty Scottish Three Peaks Challenge, covering 60 kilometers across the UK’s tallest mountains in 50 hours. Each challenge is a reminder that with determination and community support, nothing is out of reach.
